Job Summary

We are seeking a Principal Infra Developer with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SRE and ELK and a strong background in Consumer Lending. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive infrastructure development and optimization ensuring seamless operations and contributing to our companys success in the Consumer Lending domain.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust infrastructure solutions tailored to support Consumer Lending applications.
• Implement and optimize ELK stack for efficient data processing and analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system reliability and performance.
• Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues to ensure high availability and resilience.
• Automate infrastructure processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members on SRE best practices.
• Design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions to meet business demands.
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance infrastructure capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and security protocols in all infrastructure activities.
• Conduct regular performance assessments and capacity planning for infrastructure resources.
• Document infrastructure processes and configurations for knowledge sharing and continuity.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand infrastructure requirements and deliver solutions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of infrastructure strategies and practices.

Qualifications

• Possess a strong understanding of Site Reliability Engineering principles and practices.
• Demonstrate expertise in ELK stack implementation and management.
• Have a solid background in Consumer Lending domain and its infrastructure needs.
• Exhibit proficiency in automation tools and techniques for infrastructure management.
• Show experience in designing scalable and resilient infrastructure solutions.
• Display excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
