Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Product Test Specialist with 5 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in Jenkins .Net NetworX CAE Selenium Core Java and Facets. Experience in the Claims domain is a plus. This hybrid role requires a proactive approach to testing and quality assurance ensuring our products meet the highest standards.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive testing of software products using Jenkins .Net NetworX CAE Selenium Core Java and Facets to ensure quality and functionality.
  • Collaborate with development teams to understand product requirements and design effective test strategies.
  • Develop and execute automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
  • Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders highlighting any issues or defects.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve product issues.
  • Ensure that all testing activities are conducted in compliance with company standards and best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve product quality.
  • Maintain and update test environments to reflect the latest product configurations.
  • Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance product quality.
  • Stay updated with the latest testing tools and technologies to ensure the team is using the best practices.
  • Provide training and support to junior team members to enhance their testing skills.
  • Engage in regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates on testing progress and outcomes.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the company by ensuring that products meet customer expectations and industry standards.


Qualifications

  • Demonstrate expertise in Jenkins .Net NetworX CAE Selenium Core Java and Facets.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve testing issues.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Show a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new testing tools and technologies.
  • Have experience in the Claims domain which is considered a plus.
  • Display the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a hybrid work model.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to quality and continuous improvement in testing processes.
