Job summary

The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of cutting-edge web applications using .Net Core CQRS clean architecture and Microservices. This role requires a deep understanding of Google Cloud Spanner and Web API to drive project success. The candidate will work in a hybrid model ensuring seamless coordination between teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of projects utilizing Web API and Microservices to ensure timely delivery.

Oversee the integration of Google Cloud Spanner in application development to enhance data management capabilities.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with business goals.

Provide technical guidance and support to team members working on .Net Core projects.

Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Ensure effective communication between team members and stakeholders to facilitate project success.

Develop and maintain project documentation to ensure transparency and accountability.

Implement best practices in software development to optimize performance and scalability.

Evaluate project outcomes and identify areas for improvement to enhance future projects.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential impacts.

Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment to drive team success.

Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and improve project outcomes.

Qualifications

Possess strong expertise in Web API and Microservices with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

Demonstrate proficiency in Google Cloud Spanner for efficient data management.

Have extensive experience with .Net Core in developing robust applications.

Exhibit excellent communication and coordination skills to manage hybrid teams effectively.

Show ability to adapt to changing project requirements and deliver results.

Display strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Certifications Required

Google Cloud Certified - Professional Cloud Architect Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate
