Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 10 to 12 years of expertise in project management disciplines including planning estimation tracking and risk management. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in managing project scope quality and budgeting with proficiency in MS Project and Scrum methodologies. Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus. This hybrid role requires excellent stakeholder management skills and is based on a day shift schedul

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions to define scope and objectives ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Oversee project estimation processes to accurately forecast resources and timelines.
• Provide continuous project tracking to monitor progress and address any deviations from the plan.
• Implement effective time management strategies to ensure timely project delivery.
• Ensure project quality management by establishing and maintaining high standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project scope by identifying and controlling changes to the project deliverables.
• Conduct risk management assessments to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Oversee project cost and budget management to ensure financial efficiency and accountability.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies to enhance team collaboration and productivity.
• Engage in stakeholder management to maintain clear communication and expectations.
• Utilize MS Project for project scheduling and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and achieve desired outcomes.
• Contribute to the companys purpose by delivering projects that positively impact society.

Qualifications

• Possess a strong technical background in project planning estimation and tracking.
• Demonstrate proficiency in project time quality and scope management.
• Exhibit expertise in project risk management and cost budgeting.
• Have experience with Scrum methodologies and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in MS Project is essential for effective project scheduling.
• Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is a valuable asset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills are required for hybrid work model.
