Job Title: Business Analyst / Project Manager – Change Management (MACH Architecture)

About the role

In this role, you will:

• Manage the change management process effectively throughout the transition.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Create detailed project plans and track progress.
• Use verification techniques to manage changes in scope, schedule, and costs.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

What you need to have to be considered:

• Strong experience in change management.
• Solid technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in the Life Sciences industry.
• Technical expertise in Drupal and other leading CMS platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree.

These will help you stand out:

• Familiarity with MACH architecture and composable web concepts.
• Experience managing complex digital transformation projects.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
