Job Summary

The Sr. Developer role is pivotal in driving the development and optimization of data-driven solutions using Python and PySpark. With a hybrid work model the candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data processing capabilities. This position requires a seasoned professional with 7 to 10 years of experience focusing on delivering impactful solutions that align with the companys strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement scalable data processing solutions using Python and PySpark to enhance data analytics capabilities.
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Optimize existing data pipelines to improve performance and efficiency ensuring timely data availability for stakeholders.
• Design and maintain robust ETL processes to support data integration from various sources.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to data processing and analytics.
• Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing rigorous testing and validation procedures.
• Document technical solutions and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and team collaboration.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve data processing practices.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high coding standards and best practices.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of data solutions that meet business requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster a collaborative team environment.
• Engage in continuous learning and development to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to the companys mission by delivering data solutions that drive business insights and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Possess a strong proficiency in Python and PySpark with a proven track record of developing data-driven solutions.
• Demonstrate experience in designing and optimizing ETL processes for large-scale data integration.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Show a commitment to maintaining high data quality and integrity through rigorous testing.
• Have a collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
• Display strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
