Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead Developer with 3 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Quadient Inspire Interactive and will work in a hybrid model with day shifts. This role does not require travel. The Lead Developer will be responsible for driving technical excellence and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative solutions using Quadient Inspire Interactive to meet business requirements and enhance customer experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize workflows ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Oversee the development lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment ensuring timely and quality delivery of projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.
• Optimize performance of applications to ensure high availability and scalability.
• Document technical processes and solutions to facilitate knowledge sharing and future reference.
• Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards in all development activities.
• Contribute to the strategic planning of technology initiatives to align with business goals.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages diverse perspectives and ideas.

• Possess a strong background in Quadient Inspire Interactive with proven experience in delivering successful projects.
• Demonstrate proficiency in designing and implementing complex workflows and integrations.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
• Have a solid understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Show strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Be adept at mentoring and guiding junior team members to achieve their full potential.
• Display a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and industry trends.
