About the role

We are seeking a Technical Lead with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in QI Designer QI Scaler Quadient Inspire Interactive and Quadient Inspire. Experience in Life and Annuities Insurance is a plus. The role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts and no travel requirements.

In this role, you will:

- Lead the design and development of technical solutions using QI Designer and QI Scaler to meet business requirements.

- Oversee the implementation of Quadient Inspire Interactive and Quadient Inspire to enhance customer communication processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions within existing systems.

- Provide technical guidance and support to team members to ensure project deliverables are met on time.

- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues to maintain system performance and reliability.

- Develop and maintain documentation for technical solutions to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.

- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all technical solutions.

- Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance project outcomes.

- Support the testing and deployment of technical solutions to ensure successful implementation.

- Contribute to the company’s purpose by delivering high-quality solutions that positively impact society.

Work model: Hybrid

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Indianapolis - IN USA. What you need to have to be considered

• Possess strong expertise in QI Designer QI Scaler Quadient Inspire Interactive and Quadient Inspire.
• Demonstrate experience in Life and Annuities Insurance is advantageous.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Show proficiency in technical documentation and knowledge sharing practices.
• Display strong communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and team members.

· Certified Quadient Inspire Developer or equivalent certification.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $98.500 - $115.500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
