Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 18:00

You’ll be at the heart of operational governance, helping teams identify risks early, track mitigations, and manage change effectively. Your responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update the risk register with accurate, timely data.
  • Track mitigation actions and support risk reporting for internal and client stakeholders.
  • Coordinate change request documentation and approvals.
  • Monitor implementation progress and ensure traceability of change activities.
  • Ensure adherence to governance standards and SOPs across project teams.
  • Support audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Solid understanding of risk and change control processes.

  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret operational data.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field.

  • Exposure to frameworks such as ISO 31000, Prosci, or ITIL.
  • Experience supporting field or desk-based client operations.
