We are looking for someone with in depth experience in both consulting and development skillsets. You will have advanced Blue Prism development and deployment skills and will be able to work closely with business stakeholders through completing consulting led RPA process assessments and will have experience in developing intelligent process automations using Blue Prism, as well as having experience in agile RPA delivery.

Mandatory Skills

  • Blue Prism Expertise: Intermediate-level practical experience, Blue Prism certification, and ability to design, develop, test, and document RPA solutions.
  • Process Analysis: Skilled in understanding, simplifying, and breaking down processes; identifying redundancies; and determining ROI for automation opportunities.
  • Business Engagement: Ability to build automation pipelines, work with stakeholders to identify best cases, and present RPA solutions effectively.
  • Documentation: Proficient in creating process flow charts, Process Definition Documents (PDD), and solution documentation.
  • Leadership & Communication: Capable of leading onshore/offshore teams, managing stand-ups and retrospectives, and ensuring clear communication across stakeholders.

  • Solution Delivery: Architect, design, build, test, and deploy Blue Prism RPA solutions; ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Team Management: Lead development teams, mentor new members, and manage both onshore and offshore resources.
  • Process Documentation: Create and maintain PDDs, SOPs, handover documents, and technical guidelines.
  • Quality Assurance: Develop and enforce QA processes, conduct audits, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Agile Practices: Apply Scrum and TDD methodologies; collaborate with Business Analysts and functional experts.
  • Risk & Compliance: Communicate project risks, ensure adherence to standards, and recommend improvements.
