SailPoint Identity Now - Hands on experienced
Sr. Identity Architect

Location - Remote


As an Identity Architect your responsibilities will include:
1. Identity Management Design:
o Develop and maintain the architecture for identity management solutions that align with organizational strategies.
o Design and implement identity governance and administration frameworks.
2. Business Identity Solutions:
o Oversee and enhance business identity solutions to ensure secure and efficient identity lifecycle management.
o Collaborate with business units to understand their identity needs and integrate solutions accordingly.
3. Privileged Identity Management:
o Implement and manage privileged identity systems to protect critical assets.
o Ensure the secure handling of privileged credentials and manage access controls.
4. Customer Identity Management:
o Configure and administer Customer Identity solutions to support authentication and single sign-on processes.
o Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to customer Identity products to ensure seamless operations.
5. Security and Compliance:
o Ensure identity management solutions comply with relevant security standards and regulations.
o Participate in security incidents that involve identity data when required.
6. Collaboration and Leadership:
o Work closely with IT, security, and business teams to ensure alignment of identity solutions with organizational goals.
o Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
7. Innovation and Improvement:
o Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in identity management technologies.
o Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance identity management practices.

Skills:
• Strong knowledge of identity governance, access management, and privileged access systems.
• In depth knowledge of information security practices related to PCI, SOX, HIPAA/HITECH, and OWASP application security.
• Solid understanding of information security standards and frameworks (NIST, ISO27001, etc.)
• Experience implementing security at the application, network and operating system levels
• Experience with mainstream IT Technologies, such as products from Oracle, IBM, and Microsoft.
• Demonstrated understanding of segregation of duties (SoD) and role based access control (RBAC) concepts
• Ability to collaborate with Business Units and other IT staff.
• Ability to interact with business partners and security and compliance staff.
• Ability to make presentations to senior leadership, potentially C Level.
• Ability to translate technical “speak” into understandable business language.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $101,250- $160,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
