Job Description


As a Salesforce Agentforce Developer, you will make an impact by designing, developing, and deploying high-quality Salesforce solutions with advanced AI capabilities and Agentforce integrations. You will be a valued member of the Salesforce AI team and work collaboratively with project managers, business analysts, and other technical stakeholders.

In this role, you will:
• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and APIs.
• Implement and configure large language models (LLMs) for Salesforce agents to enable intelligent, autonomous solutions.
• Develop custom components, templates, and integrations for Agentforce within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Translate complex business needs into actionable AI/ML solutions and AI-driven Salesforce agents.
• Guide customers in adopting, activating, and expanding their use of Agentforce and AI-powered agents.

• Expertise in REST API and other Salesforce technologies.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to bridge business needs with advanced AI capabilities within Salesforce.

These will help you stand out
• Experience with data strategy, data quality, and governance for AI initiatives.
• Knowledge of implementing and optimizing AI agents within Salesforce environments.
• Familiarity with large language models and their integration into enterprise platforms.
• Experience in developing intelligent, autonomous solutions using AI/ML.
• Strong communication skills for guiding customers through technical adoption.

Benefits:

The annual salary for this position is between $80,000 – $140,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
