Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 11 to 15 years of experience in SFDC Development and Customization Salesforce DevOps SFDC Service Cloud SFDC Lightning and SFDC Configuration. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model focusing on enhancing our Salesforce platform to drive business success. This role does not require travel and operates during day shifts offering a balanced work-life environment.


Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring seamless integration and functionality of Salesforce applications.
  • Lead the customization and development of SFDC applications focusing on Lightning components and Service Cloud features.
  • Oversee the deployment and management of Salesforce DevOps processes ensuring smooth and efficient software delivery.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on SFDC Configuration optimizing system performance and user experience.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all Salesforce solutions ensuring clarity and accessibility for future reference.
  • Conduct regular system audits and implement necessary updates to maintain compliance and security standards.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to empower team members and stakeholders with Salesforce knowledge and best practices.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system issues providing timely resolutions to minimize downtime and disruptions.
  • Engage in continuous learning and development to stay updated with the latest Salesforce trends and technologies.
  • Drive innovation by exploring new Salesforce features and functionalities that can benefit the organization.

  • Possess extensive experience in SFDC Development and Customization with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Salesforce DevOps with a proven track record of successful deployments.
  • Exhibit expertise in SFDC Service Cloud and Lightning with the ability to design and implement complex solutions.
  • Have a solid grasp of SFDC Configuration ensuring systems are tailored to meet business needs.
  • Experience in research and development domains is a plus providing valuable insights into innovative solutions.
