Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Architect .The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP GTM SAP S4 HANA and a strong understanding of Production Planning and Control in Process Manufacturing. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business solutions. The position operates during day shifts with no travel required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP GTM SAP S4 HANA solutions to optimize business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop comprehensive functional specifications and work closely with technical teams to ensure successful system integration.
• Oversee the configuration and customization of S/4 HANA modules to meet specific business needs and improve user experience.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for Production Planning and Control in Process Manufacturing driving continuous improvement.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of system changes to ensure high-quality deliverables and minimal disruption to operations.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to empower end-users and promote effective utilization of implemented solutions.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of S/4 HANA solutions with existing systems and processes.
• Support the development of project plans timelines and budgets ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for S/4 HANA solutions addressing issues and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in S/4 HANA technology to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage.
• Contribute to the development of strategic roadmaps for future enhancements and upgrades of S/4 HANA solutions.

Qualifications

• Possess extensive experience in SAP GTM SAP S4 HANA demonstrating a deep understanding of its functionalities and capabilities.
• Have a strong background in Production Planning and Control in Process Manufacturing with a proven track record of successful implementations.
• Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical solutions.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Show proficiency in project management methodologies ensuring efficient planning and execution of projects.
• Display a proactive and self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Hold a relevant certification in S/4 HANA or related technologies showcasing commitment to professional development.
