About the role

As a SAP APMe Consultant, you will make an impact by managing integrations, resolving technical issues, and collaborating with both onshore and offshore teams to deliver high-quality solutions. You will be a valued member of the technology team and work collaboratively with customers, offshore teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and support.

In this role, you will:

  • Gather and elucidate requirements, analyze them, and share with offshore teams for implementation.

  • Address any issues or defects and guide and mentor the team for quick resolution.

  • Work closely with the customer and respond to their ad hoc queries on a demand basis.

  • Collaborate effectively with global teams to manage integrations and technical touchpoints.

  • Ensure timely delivery and quality of solutions while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.

Work model: Based in the US

What you need to have to be considered

  • Hands-on experience with SAP APM/APMe tool and ability to work independently.

  • Proficiency in writing and updating Groovy scripts.

  • Strong skills in writing and updating SQL queries.

  • Experience working on Jasper Reports.

  • Understanding of integration touchpoints within the APM/APMe application.

These will help you stand out

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Ability to take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion with minimal supervision.

  • Experience in mentoring or leading small teams in a support or development environment.

Salary and Other Compensation

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
