Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Lead with 6 to 8 years of experience in Generative AI and Ariba solutions. The ideal candidate will excel in Ariba Guided Buying Procurement and Analysis while also possessing domain knowledge in Store Operations and Supply Chain Management. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment contributing to innovative solutions that drive business success.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Ariba Guided Buying solutions to streamline procurement processes and enhance efficiency.
• Oversee the integration of Generative AI technologies to optimize procurement strategies and decision-making.
• Provide expert analysis on Ariba Procurement data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless Ariba Analysis and reporting.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all Ariba-related processes and systems.
• Conduct regular training sessions to upskill team members on the latest Ariba functionalities and best practices.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of procurement systems to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Support the development of innovative solutions that leverage Generative AI to improve supply chain operations.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all procurement activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of procurement processes.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Utilize domain expertise in Store Operations to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain Management teams to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.

• Possess a strong background in Generative AI and Ariba solutions with proven experience in Guided Buying Procurement and Analysis.
• Demonstrate expertise in Store Operations and Supply Chain Management with a focus on process optimization.
• Exhibit excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Show proficiency in developing and delivering training programs for team members.
• Display strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
