Job Summary

The SDM-IOA Delivery role is crucial in overseeing strategic sourcing and direct procurement processes within our organization. With a hybrid work model and night shifts the candidate will ensure seamless operations and drive efficiency in procurement strategies. This role requires a minimum of 12 years of experience focusing on optimizing procurement processes to align with company goals.

Responsibilities

Lead the strategic sourcing initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Oversee direct procurement activities ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Provide expert guidance on procurement strategies to optimize resource allocation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline procurement processes and improve outcomes.

Analyze market trends to inform strategic sourcing decisions and maintain competitive advantage.

Develop and implement procurement policies that align with industry best practices.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in all procurement activities.

Monitor supplier performance and establish metrics for evaluating procurement success.

Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes through innovative solutions.

Facilitate effective communication between suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Manage procurement contracts and negotiate favorable terms with suppliers.

Utilize data analytics to inform procurement strategies and decision-making.

Support the development of procurement training programs to enhance team capabilities.

Qualifications

Possess extensive experience in strategic sourcing and direct procurement.

Demonstrate strong analytical skills to assess market trends and procurement strategies.

Exhibit excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.

Show proficiency in data analytics tools to drive procurement decisions.

Have a deep understanding of procurement regulations and compliance requirements.

Display strong negotiation skills to secure favorable supplier terms.

Certifications Required

Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or equivalent.
