About the role
As a Senior Program Manager, you will make an impact by leading complex IT programs that align with client strategic goals, driving transformation through Test Automation, Gen AI, and Data Strategy. You will be a valued member of our delivery leadership team and work collaboratively with C-level stakeholders, internal teams, and external partners.

In this role, you will:
• Oversee and manage complex projects within a portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Lead planning and implementation of IT projects, coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors.
• Champion change management and adoption of new processes, strategies, and tools.
• Develop and manage program budgets, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Drive innovation and transformation initiatives across the enterprise.

Work model
Hybrid – Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 4 days per week in a Cognizant or client office in Charlotte, NC. We support flexibility and a healthy work-life balance through various wellbeing programs.

• 15+ years of QA experience with 10+ years in management roles.
• Proven expertise in program management and end-to-end implementation.
• Strong communication skills with experience managing C-level stakeholder expectations.
