Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Test Analyst to join our QEA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end testing and quality assurance of the Blue Yonder TMS, Manhattan WMS and Blue Yonder WMS to ensure the highest quality standards in our retail warehouse and transport management systems. This includes developing test cases, executing tests, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with the development and operations teams to ensure that the system performs optimally. You will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain operations contributing to the company’s growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will

  • Lead the testing efforts for BlueYonder TMS ensuring seamless integration and functionality across systems.
  • Oversee the testing processes for Manhattan WMS identifying potential issues and implementing solutions to enhance system performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency of BlueYonder TMS and Manhattan WMS systems.
  • Define test scripts, scenarios, and data requirements for various warehouse functions.
  • Work closely with development teams, business analysts, and end-users to gather test requirements and clarify business needs.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects using defect tracking tools.
  • Utilize your domain expertise in Warehouse Management Systems and Transport Management Systems to drive testing excellence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements for supply chain solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in supply chain management.

Required skills: what you need to be considered

  • Overall 8-14 years of manual and automation testing experience with recent exp, in WMS testing.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Warehouse Management Systems and Transport Management Systems within the retail domain.
  • Must have 4+ years of hands-on experience in Manhattan WMS and Blue Yonder (JDA) TMS.
  • Ability to guide the QA team in the WMS domain, bridging domain knowledge gaps between Client Dev and QA teams.
  • Should have hands-on experience in test management tools like HP ALM and JIRA.
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies, processes, and best practices.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Should have good interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Good to have skills/knowledge of of Sterling OMS, Retail Merchandizing System.
  • Experience with automation tools (e.g., TOSCA, or other WMS-compatible tools) is a plus.
