Job Summary

The DGM-IOA Delivery role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of projects within the organization. With a focus on strategic leadership and project management the candidate will oversee the delivery of key initiatives. The role requires excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in MS Office. Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus. The position is office-based with rotational shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
• Oversee project teams to maintain high performance and adherence to project timelines.
• Provide strategic leadership to drive project success and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
• Utilize MS Office tools to create detailed project plans and reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered within scope budget and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed to address any deviations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate project success.
• Conduct regular project reviews to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement best practices in project management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Communicate project status and updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide project team members to develop their skills and capabilities.
• Adapt to rotational shifts to ensure project support and continuity.

Qualifications

• Possess a strong background in project management with a focus on strategic leadership.
• Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office for effective project documentation and communication.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills in English for stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is advantageous for domain-specific projects.
• Ability to work effectively in a rotational shift environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address project challenges.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in a dynamic environment.
