Job Summary

Service Line Specialist Role with SPE Sales Americas Pool

Location: Dallas, TX

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of mobility strategies to align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Oversee business monitoring processes to ensure optimal performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mobility solutions into existing systems and workflows.
  • Provide expert guidance on mobility trends and technologies to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all mobility-related activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

  • Coordinate with IT teams to ensure the seamless operation of mobility platforms and applications.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximize the impact of mobility initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement in mobility services through innovation and adoption of best practices.
  • Support the development of training programs to enhance team capabilities in mobility solutions.
  • Evaluate and select vendors and partners to support mobility projects and initiatives.
  • Report on the progress and outcomes of mobility projects to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in business monitoring and mobility solutions with at least 15 years of experience.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in English with excellent communication skills in reading writing and speaking.
  • Have a proven track record of successfully implementing mobility strategies in a hybrid work environment.
  • Exhibit strong analytical skills to interpret mobility data and drive strategic decisions.
  • Show expertise in collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
