Job Description

We are seeking a ServiceNow Infrastructure Development Specialist to design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow solutions that enhance IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Asset Management (ITAM). This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility to work both onsite and remotely while delivering innovative solutions that drive efficiency and improve service delivery.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Develop and implement ServiceNow ITSM solutions to streamline IT service management processes.

  • Optimize ServiceNow ITOM functionalities for seamless integration and improved IT operations.
  • Design and deploy ServiceNow ITAM solutions to manage IT assets and ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Customize and configure ServiceNow modules to meet business needs.
  • Conduct testing and validation to ensure functionality and performance.
  • Monitor and maintain ServiceNow environments for optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow-related issues promptly.
  • Stay current with ServiceNow features and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
  • Document processes, configurations, and customizations for future reference.
