Roles & Responsibilities:

· Analysis and Design

· Participate in business requirements and functional requirements gathering. Provide support for business and functional acceptance testing which involves ensuring technical specifications meet business requirements.

· Support documentation where applicable (business, functional, UI, usability, data, compliance, data migration, NFR, 3rd party tools & products)

· Develop proof of concept on needed basis for proposed design

· Understand interdependencies of the various components in work packages

· Prepare solution architecture and design documents for proposed solution

· Participate in design review sessions with various stakeholders to validate design is as per requirements

· Work with architect to understand the architecture of the application, high level approaches and ensure that the design is in line with overall direction; conduct peer review, as required

· Strong understanding of SharePoint Online - M365 (strong understanding of SP limitations and workarounds)

· Good Understanding of Azure Services

· Good experience in SPFx webpart development

· Good experience in Power Platform – Power Apps and Power Automate

· Ability to leverage SharePoint REST API and Object model to view and update documents (SharePoint Online APIs)

· Experience on any migration tool, ShareGate is preferred

· Support code review and ensure best practise are followed by the development team

· Support complex module development

· Support team members on resolving any technical issues

· Good team leader, experience in managing the scattered team across multiple location

· Train the teams on technology tools and techniques

· Able to quickly learn and implement new tools

Exp: 3 to 8 Years
Skills:
Power Platform with PowerApps & Power Automate; Modernization & Transformation to Power Platform; SharePoint Online
Responsibilities:
Work closely with Lead Developer and development team for any technical deliverables
Development / Enhancement of the requests per the SDLC processes
Prepare and Execute Unit Testing
Incorporate the review feedback
Support in Integrating Testing, UAT and fixes of any issues reported
Deliver requests along with team
Provide support for application development activities as listed in scope section
