The Opportunity

As a Solution Architect within Cognizant, AIA, you will be responsible for bringing best Architecture and Technology consulting, innovation, thought leadership, cost savings measure for one of the largest Life Science customers in the industry. You will be directly engaging with customer to drive value and provide right consulting to help add value in each SDLC phases of the project.

Required & nice to have Skills

Must Haves:

· Competency on IDMC (Informatica), Snowflake, Azure Fabric, Power BI to design and executing POCs to demonstrate the feasibility and value of proposed solutions

· Having min. 3 years of Snowflake or Informatica or Microsoft Azure Services deep experience.

· Prior experience of a Pre-sales Solution Architect role acting as a technical advisor, creating full proposal response and deliver winning solutions for existing customers.

· Designing, developing, and presenting solutions for mini-RFPs that meet customer needs and align with customer business objectives.

· Strong skills in databases, medallion Architecture, Various Integration pattern and data processing and prior experience as lead Solution Architect for Data Migration program.

· Work hands-on with customers to demonstrate and communicate implementation best practices on Snowflake and IDMC technology.

· Proven track record of Snowflake or IDMC performance tuning and cost savings measures including understanding of FinOps.

· Design and build solutions using industry standard technologies and work with solution architects to ensure solutions align with technology direction. Lead by example, role-modeling best practices for testing, performance testing, sandboxing, capacity planning, monitoring, CI/CD, and innovation.

· Ability to understand moderately complex SQL statements and fine tune for best possible snowflake performance to cost ratio.

· Improve existing data pipelines in cloud for data transformation and aggregation.

· Ability to bring innovation and significant automation while keeping an eye on entire Program execution from solution standpoint.

Nice to Have/ Your chance to grow:

· Candidate to be Snow Pro or Informatica or Cloud Certified Architect ( Preferable Azure).

· Data modeling Skills (3NF, Data Vault & Dimensional)

· In depth understanding of Snowflake Architecture including, Performance tuning, Compute and Storage

· Having experience and understanding of architecting, designing and operationalization of large-scale data and analytics solutions.

· Recommending Best practices and solution in snowflake and IDMC.

· Experience in major Datalake technologies; Experience in processing large volume of data on cloud, Integrate it with Analytics layer - Databricks and Reporting services.

· Hands-on experience in DevOps technologies like GitLab and CICD allied technologies

· Familiarity with common BI and data exploration tools (e.g. Power BI )

· Well aware of Agile development methodology and principles

· French Language Skills & English
