Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to SPE-CHD ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective troubleshooting strategies.
• Provide expert guidance on ISV and Hi-Tech domain-specific challenges to enhance system performance.
• Utilize strong English communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential areas for improvement.
• Document and maintain detailed records of troubleshooting processes and resolutions.
• Assist in the development of training materials to enhance team knowledge and skills.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technological advancements in the field.
• Support the implementation of new technologies and processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers to resolve technical issues.

Qualifications

• Possess a strong understanding of ISV and Hi-Tech domains with practical experience in troubleshooting.
