Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Product Consultant with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Facets-Product and a strong understanding of healthcare domains such as QNXT and FACETS. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can effectively contribute to our projects during day shifts without the need for travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis and design of product solutions using Facets-Product to meet client requirements and improve operational efficiency.
• Oversee the implementation of healthcare solutions ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
• Provide expert guidance on the integration of Facets-Product with existing systems to enhance functionality and user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical challenges ensuring seamless project execution.
• Develop comprehensive documentation and training materials to support the deployment and maintenance of product solutions.
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability and performance of implemented solutions.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Utilize domain expertise in QNXT-Healthcare and FACETS-Healthcare to deliver tailored solutions that address specific client needs.
• Engage with clients to gather feedback and refine product offerings enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and deliver innovative solutions that align with company goals.
• Support the development of strategic plans and roadmaps to guide future product enhancements and expansions.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team fostering a culture of learning and growth.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards safeguarding the integrity and security of product solutions.

Qualifications

• Possess extensive experience in Facets-Product demonstrating a deep understanding of its capabilities and applications.
• Have a strong background in healthcare domains particularly QNXT-Healthcare and FACETS-Healthcare to provide valuable insights.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges with ease.
• Demonstrate effective communication and collaboration skills enabling successful teamwork and client interactions.
• Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
