Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Developer with 5 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Agentic AI UiPath Developer and UiPath along with a strong understanding of Data Models. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can work effectively in a day shift. No travel is required.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement advanced automation solutions using UiPath to streamline business processes and enhance efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy Agentic AI solutions that align with organizational goals.

Analyze and interpret complex data models to support decision-making and strategic planning.

Provide technical expertise in the development and maintenance of automation scripts and workflows.

Ensure the integration of UiPath solutions with existing systems to optimize performance and reliability.

Conduct thorough testing and validation of automation processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to automation tools and data models.

Document and maintain comprehensive records of automation processes and system configurations.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in Agentic AI and UiPath technologies to drive innovation.

Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices and technical skills.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver customized automation solutions.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of automation systems to identify areas for improvement.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

Qualifications

Possess a strong background in Agentic AI and UiPath development with proven experience in real-world applications.

Demonstrate proficiency in designing and implementing complex data models for business intelligence.

Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.

Have a solid understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.

Show strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders effectively.

Display a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and tools.

Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
