Role -MS Power Automate

JD:

Skilled Senior RPA Developer with expertise in Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop) and UiPath to design, develop, migrate and optimize automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

· 5+ years of experience in RPA development with hands-on experience with Power Automate Cloud flows, Desktop flows, and AI Builder.

· UiPath exposure and having knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework

· Proficiency in C#, VB.NET, Python, SQL, and REST APIs.

· Knowledge with Power Apps, AI/ML, Gen AI, Azure services would be a plus

· Familiarity with Agile/DevOps practices for automation delivery.

• Develop and maintain Power Automate Cloud flows and Desktop flows for business process automation.
• Design, build, and deploy automation workflows using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework.
• Connect automation solutions with enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, SharePoint, Dataverse, APIs).
• Implement AI-driven automation using Power Platform AI Builder and UiPath Document Understanding.
• Guide junior developers and review their code for best practices.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, data governance, and security policies.
• Establish reusable components and frameworks for automation.
• Monitor bot performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize workflows for efficiency.
• Provide ongoing support as needed and enhancements to deployed automations.

· Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
