Job Summary

The Sr. Infra. Architect will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing robust network solutions using Cisco technologies. With a focus on Cisco ACI Catalyst Center and Switching & Routing the candidate will ensure seamless connectivity and optimal performance. This role requires a deep understanding of industry essentials to drive infrastructure projects that align with business objectives

Responsibilities

Thorough knowledge of Cisco ACI Fabric network

Whatever knowledge to deploy port turn ups configuring ACI application profiles networking policy and access policy for new host connectivity

NXOS/IOS knowledge for OOB + Cisco tools like NDFC

Application migration experience

LB experience

• ACI fabric network configuration knowledge - Understanding of ACI components: APICSs spines leaves faults GUI CLI fabric discovery etc.

NXOS and IOS configuration experience

NDFC platform experience is a plus

Basic understanding of Storage NAS/SAN to turn up network access in ACI

Basic understanding of Compute ESXi/UCS to turn up network access in ACI

FTD FW configuration preferred

Comprehensive troubleshooting skills

• Configure and build ACI Fabric infrastructure - configuration and troubleshooting knowledge of ACI features and Technologies: access policies VPC EPGs BDs L3 outs multi-pod routing/switching networking protocols VXLAN BGP STP OSPF

Expand access leafs builds to support Compute and Storage network access

Build and configure NXOS and IOS Out of Band network to provide console and management access

Application workload Migrations

Migration of application from legacy L3 architecture to ACI Fabric network

Learn and understand applications and their migrations needs and process

Build migration solutions

Support the move from one datacenter to new co-location datacente

Experience on managing/maintaining large/complex Cisco ACI fabric deployments
