Job Summary

The Sr Product Specialist in ISG will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our data systems ensuring seamless integration and functionality. With a focus on Study Data Tabulation Model Python and various SQL databases the specialist will enhance data management processes. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work closely with clinical data management teams driving impactful solutions in a day shift setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data systems using Study Data Tabulation Model to ensure accurate data representation and integration.
• Implement Python scripts to automate data processing tasks enhancing efficiency and reducing manual intervention.
• Utilize PostgreSQL PL/SQL and mySQL to manage and optimize database performance ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data-related issues contributing to continuous improvement.
• Analyze complex datasets to provide actionable insights that support business objectives and decision-making processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations maintaining data security and confidentiality.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
• Design and execute data validation processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data outputs.
• Participate in the development of data management strategies aligning with organizational goals and objectives.
• Conduct regular system audits to identify potential areas for improvement and implement necessary enhancements.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies applying new knowledge to improve existing systems.
• Contribute to the development of training materials and documentation to support user adoption and system utilization.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate proficiency in Study Data Tabulation Model ensuring effective data management and integration.
• Exhibit strong programming skills in Python enabling automation and process optimization.
• Possess extensive experience with PostgreSQL PL/SQL and mySQL ensuring robust database management.
• Show familiarity with clinical data management enhancing domain-specific data handling capabilities.
• Display excellent problem-solving skills enabling efficient resolution of data-related challenges.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders ensuring clear understanding and collaboration.
• Adapt to a hybrid work model balancing remote and on-site responsibilities effectively.
