Job Summary

As a Sr. Product Test Specialist you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. With a focus on NetworX and Facets you will be responsible for developing and executing test plans identifying defects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Your expertise in Enrollment and Claims will be an asset in understanding and addressing customer needs.


Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards. - Execute test cases and document results to identify defects and areas for improvement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and design effective testing solutions. - Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders highlighting key findings and recommendations. - Utilize expertise in NetworX and Facets to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. - Work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution of identified defects. - Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements product designs schedules or potential problems. - Ensure that testing activities align with project timelines and deliverables. - Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members fostering a culture of quality and excellence. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the adoption of best practices. - Contribute to the development of automated testing frameworks to streamline testing efforts. - Engage with stakeholders to understand and address customer needs ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Qualifications - - Possess strong experience in NetworX and Facets demonstrating the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively. - Have a solid understanding of Enrollment and Claims processes enhancing the ability to address domain-specific challenges. - Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. - Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills enabling effective interaction with cross-functional teams. - Show proficiency in developing and executing comprehensive test plans and strategies. - Display a commitment to continuous learning and improvement staying updated with industry trends.
