Job Description:

Responsibilities
• Design and Development based on application requirements.
• Ability to estimate development effort for assigned tasks.
• Interpret business rules and translate them into program logic.
• Analyze , fix, unit test and implement Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, triggers, Apex classes, Visualforce pages, Lightning components and integrations.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, Product Owners and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into ticket solving & technical solutions.
• Ensure solutions align with Salesforce and best practices and security standards.
• Coordinate with designated client PoCs and get involved in Defect triaging.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions as needed.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends to recommend improvements.
• Manage deployment based on customer needs

Skill sets
• Salesforce Cloud – Sales, Service, CPQ, Experience Cloud
• LWC, APEX, Triggers, Flows, Object Oriented programming
• Integrations – MuleSoft, Managed Packages
• CI/CD basics, git hub – Need to understand the basics
