Job Summary

We are seeking a Functional Lead with experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP GTM SAP S4 HANA and a background in Production Planning and Control for Process Manufacturing. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage operations and contribute to the companys growth and societal impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and optimization of SAP GTM SAP S4 HANA to enhance operational efficiency.
• Oversee the integration of production planning and control processes within the system to ensure seamless operations.
• Provide expert guidance on process manufacturing operations to improve productivity and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align system functionalities with business objectives.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for system enhancements.
• Ensure the systems compliance with industry standards and best practices to maintain high performance.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and disruptions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system processes and configurations.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users to maximize system utilization and effectiveness.
• Evaluate new technologies and propose solutions to enhance system capabilities.
• Support the development of strategic plans to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.
• Contribute to the companys mission by optimizing processes that impact societal well-being.

Qualifications

• Possess extensive experience in SAP GTM SAP S4 HANA demonstrating a deep understanding of its functionalities.
• Have a strong background in production planning and control for process manufacturing with a focus on operational excellence.
• Exhibit proficiency in analyzing business requirements and translating them into actionable technical solutions.
• Demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
• Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends and technologies.
• Display excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
