Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AWS React Js SQL Spring Boot Java JavaScript and mySQL. This role involves IT business support and requires a hybrid work model with day shifts. The candidate will contribute to innovative projects that enhance our companys technological capabilities and impact society positively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using AWS React Js and Java to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable applications that support IT business operations.
• Utilize SQL and mySQL to manage and optimize database performance for efficient data retrieval and storage.
• Implement Spring Boot frameworks to enhance application performance and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure reliability and functionality in a hybrid work environment.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT business support systems ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to maintain code quality and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve software development processes.
• Document software designs technical specifications and user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing and future reference.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols and data protection regulations in all software development activities.
• Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing effective solutions.
• Contribute to the companys mission by developing software that enhances user experience and drives business growth.

Qualifications

• Possess a strong understanding of AWS React Js and Java with proven experience in developing robust applications.
• Demonstrate proficiency in SQL and mySQL for effective database management and optimization.
• Have hands-on experience with Spring Boot to build scalable and efficient applications.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Show a keen interest in staying updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Display strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
