Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AWS SQL Spring Boot Java JavaScript and mySQL. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that drive our companys mission forward. The position operates during the day shift and does not require travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Java and Spring Boot to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable applications on AWS.
• Optimize SQL queries and manage databases using mySQL to ensure data integrity and performance.
• Implement front-end features using JavaScript to enhance user experience and interface functionality.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner to maintain system reliability.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering design testing and deployment.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve software solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster a collaborative team environment.
• Ensure software solutions are secure and compliant with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
• Document software designs technical specifications and user guides to support ongoing maintenance and development.
• Contribute to the companys mission by developing innovative software solutions that have a positive impact on society.

Qualifications

• Possess a strong understanding of AWS services and their application in software development.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for developing robust backend solutions.
• Exhibit expertise in SQL and mySQL for efficient database management and optimization.
• Show advanced skills in JavaScript for creating dynamic and interactive web applications.
• Have experience in hybrid work models balancing remote and in-office collaboration effectively.
• Display excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.
• Maintain a commitment to continuous learning and staying current with emerging technologies.

Certifications Required

AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent certification in cloud computing.
