Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer with 12 to 13 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AWS SQL Spring Boot Java Spring MVC JavaScript and MySQL. This role involves working in a hybrid model during day shifts. The candidate will contribute to innovative projects that drive our companys success and positively impact society.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Java Spring Boot and Spring MVC to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design implement and optimize scalable applications on AWS.
• Utilize SQL and MySQL to manage and manipulate data efficiently ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Implement front-end functionalities using JavaScript to enhance user experience and interface design.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering design coding testing and deployment.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve software development processes.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
• Ensure software solutions are secure scalable and maintainable aligning with company standards and goals.
• Contribute to the documentation of software architecture and design decisions for future reference and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions that drive company success.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development to enhance technical skills and career growth.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate expertise in AWS SQL Spring Boot Java Spring MVC JavaScript and MySQL.
• Possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.
• Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
• Show a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions in a timely manner.
• Have a strong understanding of software development best practices and methodologies.
• Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
• Experience in mentoring and guiding junior developers is a plus.
