Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Sr. Software Engineer B2 where you will leverage your expertise in SQL Server C# SQL Azure and .Net Framework to drive innovative solutions. With a focus on Property & Casualty Insurance you will contribute to impactful projects in a hybrid work model. This role offers a collaborative environment with no travel requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using SQL Server C# and .Net Framework to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable applications on the Azure platform.
• Analyze complex technical requirements and provide efficient solutions to enhance system performance.
• Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices through rigorous testing and code reviews.
• Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity using advanced SQL techniques.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members to foster skill development.
• Engage in troubleshooting and debugging to resolve software issues promptly.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements for new features and enhancements.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
• Document software designs technical specifications and user guides for future reference.
• Support deployment activities and ensure smooth transition of software into production environments.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate proficiency in SQL Server C# SQL Azure and .Net Framework with a minimum of 6 years of experience.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Possess a good understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance domain which is a plus.
• Show experience in agile development methodologies and practices.
• Have excellent communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Certifications Required

Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate Microsoft Certified: .NET Developer
