Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SQL Server C# SQL Angular JS Azure Javascript and .Net Framework. Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus. This hybrid role offers a day shift with no travel required allowing for a balanced work-life integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using C# .Net Framework and SQL Server to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design implement and optimize applications using Angular JS and Javascript.
• Utilize Azure cloud services to enhance application performance and scalability.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure functionality and performance standards are met.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software applications to ensure seamless operation.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with team members.
• Implement best practices in software development to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
• Document software processes and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuity.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new projects.
• Ensure software solutions are aligned with business goals and contribute to the companys success.
• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate proficiency in SQL Server C# SQL Angular JS Azure Javascript and .Net Framework.
• Possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Have experience in Property & Casualty Insurance domain is a plus.
• Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Display a strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate Microsoft Certified: C# Specialist
