The ideal candidate will have expertise in Omnichannel Salesforce Order Management System. This role involves working in a hybrid model during the day shift. The candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our multi-channel order management services ensuring seamless customer experiences. 3. Experience : 10 - 12 years 4. Responsibilities : - Analyze and interpret business requirements to design effective solutions using Salesforce OMS and Omnichannel. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce OMS with existing systems. - Develop and implement strategies to optimize multi-channel order management processes. - Provide expert guidance on best practices for Salesforce OMS and Omnichannel Customer Service. - Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and system performance. - Lead workshops and training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills in Salesforce OMS. - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime. - Create detailed documentation of system configurations and customizations. - Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and implement improvements. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all system implementations. - Support the development of user-friendly interfaces to enhance customer experience. - Evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance system capabilities. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness. -Qualifications - Possess a strong understanding of Salesforce Order Management System and Omnichannel. - Demonstrate experience in multi-channel order management services. - Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Show proficiency in system integration and data management. - Have a proven track record of successful project delivery in a hybrid work model. - Display strong communication and collaboration skills. - Be adept at conducting training sessions and workshops. 9.
