Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect for our ISG team with 12 to 15 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in T24 Java Funds Transfer Cheques & Drafts Direct Debits and IRIS API Framework. This role requires a deep understanding of Cards & Payments domain. The work model is hybrid with no travel required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of T24 solutions ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
• Oversee the integration of T24 modules such as Funds Transfer Cheques & Drafts and Direct Debits to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide technical expertise in the IRIS API Framework and Extensibility Framework to support seamless application development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment of T24 OFS & Admin and Payments modules.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for T24 solutions ensuring clarity and accessibility for stakeholders.
• Conduct thorough analysis of Cards & Payments processes to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Implement best practices in solution architecture to optimize performance and scalability of T24 systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in the design and deployment of T24 solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills in T24 technologies.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for T24 systems ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Collaborate with vendors and partners to leverage external expertise and resources in solution development.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality and efficiency of T24 solutions.

Qualifications

• Possess extensive experience in T24 Java and related modules demonstrating a strong technical acumen.
• Have a deep understanding of the Cards & Payments domain with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Exhibit proficiency in the IRIS API Framework and Extensibility Framework enabling effective solution development.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
• Show a commitment to staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies in the financial sector.
