Job Title: Technical Architect – ServiceNow

About the role

In this role, you will:

• Own the end-to-end technical architecture for the ServiceNow platform.
• Lead design and development of High-Level and Low-Level Designs for complex implementations.
• Establish and enforce technical governance processes and best practices.
• Conduct technical risk assessments and ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
• Design secure, high-performance integration patterns and govern data architecture (CMDB, CSDM).
• Act as the ultimate technical escalation point for architectural and performance challenges.
• Mentor Solution Architects and Developers, fostering technical excellence.
• Present technical strategies and platform roadmaps to stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
• Support pre-sales activities, including scoping and statement of work preparation.

What you need to have to be considered:

• Minimum 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, with 3–5 years as Platform or Enterprise Architect.
• Deep expertise across ServiceNow core platform and major application suites (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM).
• Strong technical skills in platform security, scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript), data modeling, and integrations.
• Experience with Flow Designer, NOW Experience, Service Portal, ATF, Integration Hub, NowAssist, and NowCreate.
• Proven track record of architecting large-scale, global ServiceNow deployments.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.

These will help you stand out:

• Certified Application Developer (CAD) and multiple CIS certifications (ITSM, HRSD, ITOM).
• Familiarity with TOGAF and ITIL frameworks.
• Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Additional European language skills.
