Job Summary

The Technical Lead role requires a seasoned professional with 7 to 10 years of experience in ASP.NET Core Web API SQL Angular 2-8 Node JS and Azure. The candidate will work in a hybrid model primarily during day shifts and will not require travel. This role is pivotal in driving technical excellence and innovation in our projects ensuring robust and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of high-quality software solutions using ASP.NET Core Web API ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee the integration of SQL databases optimizing performance and ensuring data integrity across applications.
• Provide technical expertise in Angular 2-8 developing responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Node JS solutions enhancing server-side functionality.
• Utilize Azure services to deploy manage and scale applications ensuring high availability and security.
• Mentor junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain coding standards and best practices ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues minimizing downtime and enhancing user experience.
• Engage in agile development practices participating in sprint planning and retrospectives to drive project success.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation supporting knowledge transfer and future development efforts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations safeguarding data privacy and security.
• Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies contributing to the company's competitive edge.

Qualifications

• Possess strong experience in ASP.NET Core Web API demonstrating the ability to build scalable applications.
• Have a deep understanding of SQL with the capability to design and optimize complex queries.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Angular 2-8 with a track record of developing dynamic user interfaces.
• Exhibit expertise in Node JS with experience in building efficient server-side applications.
• Show familiarity with Azure including deploying and managing cloud-based solutions.
• Display excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.
• Have strong communication skills enabling effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
