About the role

As a UAT Systems Analyst, you will make an impact by supporting pharmacy operations through business analysis, data analytics, and user acceptance testing (UAT). You will collaborate with QA and business teams to ensure solutions meet regulatory standards and deliver high-quality outcomes for healthcare clients.

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with QA and business teams to define UAT scope, objectives, and timelines.
  • Prepare UAT test scenarios and scripts based on real-world business workflows.
  • Identify required test data and coordinate environment readiness for testing.
  • Ensure all UAT test cases map back to business requirements and functional specifications.
  • Validate acceptance criteria and ensure they are clearly defined and testable.

What you need to have to be considered

  • 3–5 years of experience in the pharmacy domain.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, regulations, and technology systems.
  • Background in business analysis, data analytics, or healthcare administration.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or BI tools for reporting.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

The annual salary for this position will depend on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
