Job Title: Enterprise Architect – Talent Development Strategy

Location: Chennai or Bengaluru

Role Summary:

Visionary architect to lead the design and implementation of a scalable, intelligent platform that transforms our talent development strategy. This role will be pivotal in integrating cutting-edge learning technologies, skills sensing and management, applying Agentic AI principles, and ensuring seamless user experiences across the enterprise. The architect will drive platform reliability, adaptability, and data-driven decision-making to meet evolving learner and organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Architecture & Platform Development

  • Design and implement a robust enterprise talent development platform architecture aligned with business goals.
  • Ensure platform scalability, security, and performance across global user bases.
  • Lead the selection and integration of talent development tools (LMS, LXP, content libraries, AI tutors, skill mgmt. etc.).

Agentic AI & Intelligent Automation

  • Embed Agentic AI principles to enable autonomous, personalized journeys.
  • Architect AI-driven features such as skill gap analysis, learning nudges, and career pathing.
  • Collaborate with data science teams to build predictive models for user engagement and outcomes.

Data & Analytics Integration

  • Define data architecture to capture, analyze, and visualize outcome-based metrics.
  • Enable real-time dashboards for leaders to track impact and ROI.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and governance standards.

User Experience & Adoption

  • Champion user-centric design principles to optimize platform usability.
  • Drive continuous feedback loops to enhance platform features and content delivery.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure accessibility and inclusivity.

Transformation & Change Leadership

  • Partner with L&D, HR, and IT stakeholders to align platform capabilities with strategic talent goals.
  • Lead change management initiatives to drive adoption and cultural shift toward AI and Agent infused processes.
  • Stay ahead of emerging technologies and trends in talent development and enterprise architecture.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 20+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with at least 3 years in talent development related technology.
  • Proven experience in designing and deploying enterprise-grade platforms.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML, especially in learning and talent contexts.
  • Familiarity with Agentic AI, LXP/LMS systems, and interoperability standards (e.g., xAPI, SCORM).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
