We are currently seeking an experienced VTEX Architect/ Tech Lead to lead our digital transformation initiative, transitioning key business applications and e-commerce capabilities from Salesforce to VTEX. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in VTEX platform architecture, end-to-end implementation experience, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams through complex solution design and integration efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and develop the architecture and design of VTEX-based solutions for complex business processes currently supported by Salesforce.

· Lead and contribute to the complete lifecycle of VTEX implementations—from requirements gathering and solution design to development, testing, and deployment.

· Collaborate with internal stakeholders, business analysts, developers, and external partners to ensure successful migration and integration with existing systems (ERP, CRM, OMS, and external APIs).

· Define and enforce best practices, governance standards, and platform performance tuning across VTEX implementations.

· Conduct solution reviews and provide technical direction and mentoring to implementation teams.

· Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and secure VTEX solutions.

· Manage technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and deployment plans to ensure traceability and knowledge transfer.

· Continuously evaluate new VTEX functionalities and recommend strategies for optimization and innovation.

You are a person with:

· Proven experience leading multiple end-to-end VTEX Commerce implementations.

· Strong understanding of VTEX IO, VTEX CMS, VTEX APIs, and custom app development.

· Experience migrating from legacy or other commerce platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud preferred).

· Solid knowledge of headless commerce, microservices, and API-first architectures.

· Proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies relevant to VTEX (React, Node.js, GraphQL, REST).

· Excellent command of English (written and spoken) with the ability to communicate complex technical ideas clearly to both technical and business audiences.

· Strong problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
