About the role

As a Workday Integration Consultant you will be a valued member of the EPS team and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to lead the day-to-day activities of Workday integration projects for one of our key clients, including process design, implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews. If you’re passionate about delivering scalable solutions and collaborating with global teams, this opportunity is for you.

In this role, you will:

  • Design, develop, and implement Workday integrations using Workday Studio and other integration tools.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring minimal impact on business operations.
  • Perform data analysis and validation to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Workday integrations.
  • Document integration processes and provide training to clients and team members.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and performance.

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 1 day a week in a client or Cognizant office in Buenos Aires, Argentina. What you need to have to be considered

  • At least 4 years of experience in Workday integration development and support.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday Studio and other integration tools.
  • Strong understanding of Workday HCM modules.
  • Experience with data transformation, mapping, and validation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
  • Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency.
