Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute event strategies and project management for upcoming events + experiences.
- Create event materials such as email invitations, presentations, project plans and event surveys.
- Working closely with product marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure event activations align with broader marketing goals.
- Helping to track event performance metrics, gather post-event feedback, and contribute to post-event recap reports.
- Support key event operations such as finance, security and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Interested in cryptocurrency, Web3, or fintech and willing to learn.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with a collaborative mindset.
- Attention to detail and a desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with basic marketing concepts or coursework related to marketing, business, or finance.
- Some experience with research, data collection, or analysis (e.g., through academic projects).
- Knowledge of social media platforms (ie. Discord, Telegram, X, Youtube, IG) and tools such as Google Sheets, Docs, or similar.
