Job Description
Responsibilities
- Drive the full product lifecycle, encompassing strategy, opportunity evaluation, roadmap planning, launch, and post-launch growth.
- Identify new product opportunities leveraging client and market insights.
- Partner with engineering, design, sales, and other key partner teams to efficiently deliver impactful new capabilities and features.
- Define and manage metrics to guide product prioritization and measure success.
- Generate excitement around a shared vision and align teams to successfully realize.
- Clearly articulate plans and progress internally to key partners and executive leadership, and communicate product functionality to clients
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience or relevant domain expertise.
- Proven track record of successfully shipping and iterating on products at scale.
- Exceptional communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
- Deep analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities, coupled with the capacity to work effectively with incomplete or ambiguous information.
- Demonstrated leadership in guiding product strategy and leading senior engineers, designers, and cross-functional partners.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Desire for continuous improvement.
- Strong interest in cryptocurrency, financial markets and the Coinbase mission.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in building customer facing products, payments knowledge is definitely a value add for this role.
- Someone who has a proven track record of building & launching payment product solutions, someone who understands the workings of cards & banks including ACH & networks
