Job Description
Responsibilities
- Work closely with engineering teams to design, prioritize, and deliver solutions related to AML case management system
- Manage a backlog of features and enhancements, clearly articulating problems, business justifications, and success criteria
- Work with product and engineering teams to integrate AML compliance into product design and development
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the investigation program, leveraging advanced AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Facilitate the resolution of xfn dependencies, collaborating with Vendor and internal teams to manage a unified roadmap
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of solutions architecture experience, particularly with AML systems
- Solid understanding of regulatory requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Collaborative mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- One or more of the following certifications: ACAMS, CCAS, TRM-CI, TRM-ACI
- Fintech/Startup experience
- Crypto industry experience
