Job Description
Responsibilities
- Build, improve, and operate backend developer productivity infrastructure services and systems.
- Design scalable, fault-tolerant solutions to novel problems with modern cloud technology and industry best practices.
- Work with engineers and leadership to turn our product and technical vision into a tangible roadmap every quarter.
- Provide stellar customer support to our internal engineers.
Required Qualifications
- You have at least 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
- You’ve designed, built, scaled, and operated large scale, high throughput infrastructure.
- You write high-quality, well-tested code to meet the needs of your customers.
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to identify problems, determine their root cause, and see them through to solution.
Preferred Qualifications
- Golang, Ruby, AWS
- Prior experience with building on and operating GitHub/GitHub Actions
